Israeli bombing of Lebanon 'wrong' and 'should stop now', says Starmer

Sir Keir Starmer has criticised Israel over its strikes on Lebanon.

Lebanon has been hit with widespread Israeli airstrikes and an invasion in the south, as part of its ongoing war with Hezbollah - an Iranian proxy.

The strikes have continued despite the US and Iran agreeing to a ceasefire - though Israel has insisted that the deal does not include its conflict with Hezbollah.
