TCS Nashik office employees told to work from home amid religious conversion, harassment claims
TCS has suspended operations at its Nashik BPO center following an escalated probe into alleged sexual harassment and forced religious conversion.
Police are investigating an organized pattern of behavior among accused staff, including HR officials, who allegedly targeted financially vulnerable employees.
Separately, Infosys issued a statement addressing similar allegations at its Pune facility.
