An ICE agent, Christian Castro, has been charged with four counts of second degree assault and one count of falsely reporting a crime in connection with a January shooting involving two Venezuelan immigrants in Minnesota, according to Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty.
CNN has reached out to the Department of Homeland Security for comment and is working to determine whether Castro has an attorney.
