Druzhba pipeline is set to restart oil flows to Europe, potentially unblocking EU's Ukraine loan
BUDAPEST/PRAGUE, April 22 - Hungary and Slovakia expect deliveries of Russian oil to resume through a pipeline via Ukraine after a halt lasting months, which could in turn unblock a 90 billion euro ($105.79 billion) EU loan urgently needed by Kyiv.
