White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has given birth to her second child, according to posts on her social media.
'She is perfect and healthy, and her big brother is joyfully adjusting to life with his new baby sister.
We are enjoying every moment in our blissful newborn bubble,' Leavitt wrote on Instagram.
The 28-year-old is now on maternity leave from her post with the Trump administration to spend time with her infant daughter.
