Apple pays $250 million for the Siri promise it made two years ago and still hasn't kept
The Siri upgrade Apple promised at WWDC 2024 has cost the company $250 million.
Apple is settling a class action lawsuit alleging it misled buyers about Apple Intelligence on the iPhone 16 and iPhone 15 Pro.
US customers who bought one between June 2024 and March 2025 can claim $25 to $95 per device.
Apple denied wrongdoing.
A judge still has to approve the deal.
