US to designate two Brazilian gangs as âterrorist organizations,â Rubio says
The United States plans to designate Brazilâs two biggest criminal gangs as terrorist organizations, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said, opening the door for more aggressive interventions after appeals from the opposition in Brasilia.
