Palestinians vote in local elections as polls open for the first time since Gaza war
Palestinians take to the polls on Saturday, for the first time since the Gaza war, to vote in municipal elections.
There are no Hamas candidates on electoral lists, which are mostly aligned with president Mahmud Abbas's secular-nationalist Fatah party or independents.
