Hungary’s election winner says he would enact an ICC arrest warrant for Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and detain him on arrival.
PM-elect Peter Magyar said Hungary would stay a member of the International Criminal Court which his predecessor Viktor Orban began withdrawing from last year.
