Israel intensified its fight against Iran-backed Hezbollah in Lebanon yesterday, killing more than 250 people in more than 100 strikes, after saying Lebanon was not included in the ceasefire.

Iran-backed Hezbollah responded with rocket fire overnight, saying Israel had violated the deal.
