Palestine Action ban is lawful, Court of Appeal rules
It was "justified and proportionate" for the Home Secretary to ban Palestine Action - so ruled five judges at the Court of Appeal today, as they overturned an earlier ruling by the High Court that the proscription of the group was unlawful.
