Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has conceded the Hungarian election, ending 16 years in power.
Preliminary results with 53.45% of votes counted projected Peter Magyar's Tisza party winning 136 seats in Hungary's 199-member parliament compared with 56 seats for Orban's Fidesz.
The result is a blow to Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin who have lost a key ally in Europe.
