London synagogues targeted in arson

A string of arson incidents targeting Jewish and Israeli-owned premises in North London has prompted an urgent investigation by the Metropolitan Police.

The latest attack, which caused minor damage to a synagogue in Harrow, is the fifth such incident claimed by a shadowy group with suspected ties to the Iranian regime.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis have condemned the attacks as cowardly acts of intimidation.

Security has been ramped up across Jewish neighborhoods as officials work to identify those responsible for the escalating hate crimes.
