Arson attacks on Jewish sites

The Metropolitan Police are leading a major investigation into a spate of 'cowardly' arson attacks at Jewish sites in northwest London.

The latest incident at Kenton United Synagogue follows similar attacks on Jewish charity ambulances and a Persian-language media organization.

Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis has warned that the community is facing a 'sustained campaign of violence and intimidation.' Authorities are examining whether these crimes are being orchestrated by foreign actors to sow discord and target opponents of the Iranian regime.
