Stepbrother Charged in Cruise Murder

Federal prosecutors have unmasked Timothy Hudson as the suspect in the brutal killing of high school cheerleader Anna Kepner.

Hudson allegedly strangled Kepner and concealed her body under a bed in the room they shared while the ship was in international waters.

The case was transferred to adult court due to the severity of the charges, which include aggravated sexual abuse and first-degree murder.

Although tried as an adult, Hudson cannot face the death penalty because he was a minor at the time of the offense.
