Ghanaian player Dominic Frimpong killed

The incident occurred as the team was returning from an away match against Samartex FC when masked gunmen opened fire on the vehicle.

Frimpong was shot in the head and later died from his wounds at a local hospital.

Several other players remain missing after fleeing into the surrounding bush during the ambush.
